Our Background

We have been in or around the spray polyurethane foam industry for over 38 years.  Remembering back when the Gusmer “D” gun was revolutionary!  From building our own foam rigs to running crews to selling jobs we have lots of experience.  These newly developed scarfers come from years of running a machine shop and working to make things lighter and better.  We look at the fatigue factor facing those who are working in hot and challenging environments as they work to complete their foam application projects.  These units with easily replaceable, inexpensive blades maximizes the performance of the units whether pneumatic, 110V or Battery powered.  We are always looking for ways to improve both the performance of our units as well as reduce operator fatigue by making them lighter.
