This wall scarfer was initially developed over 20 years ago for smoothing out the side walls of foam insulated wine tanks. We have been asked to create a unit that doesn’t require a long air hose or even on site electrical power at out. This Battery Powered Wall Scarfer does make easy work of smoothing out over filled 2# density wall insulation foam. As with our original units this scarfer is tough and simple to use. The DeWalt brushless grinder is an exceptional tool. Using standard blades it is easy on the 2x4 wood studs and does quick work at removing excessive foam. Comes with 2 sets of standard blades, 1- 6Ah (amp hour) battery and 1- 9Ah (amp hour) battery and a quick charger.
